To return your product, contact us and we will email you a shipping label to return the product to us, at no additional cost to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to shipping carriers sometimes losing or misplacing your package.
In the case that your shipping was free with your purchase, we offer free shipping on returns and exchanges, as long as all other criteria for the return are met. Contact us in order to obtain a shipping label with which to ship the item being returned or exchanged back to us.
