Refunds, Exchanges, And Shipping Policy

Unopened Product Return Policy

Our refund and exchange policy is 30 Days for unopened, sealed products. Within this 30 day period, you may receive a refund or an exchange for the item as long as it has not been opened. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund you receive.
If you wish to begin the return/exchange process for an unopened or sealed item, please contact us first via email or phone.

Opened Product Return Policy

We are unable to issue returns for products that are opened. We are able to give same-product exchanges for products that are opened, but only in the event of a manufacturer defect with the product, and only within the first 30 days after it is delivered.
See “What is Defective?” below for more details on manufacturer defects.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned at all. Consumable goods such as eLiquid, Coils, Wire, and Cotton are not eligible for return.

To complete any return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless it is after the 30 Days.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment if you are owed one, within a few days, minus shipping.

Exchanges (if applicable)

In the event of an exchange regarding an unopened sealed item, the new item must be of same cost or less than the original product being exchanged. If you want to purchase a different product that costs more than the original product, it will have to be ordered as a separate purchase and we will refund the original product separately. In this case, if the item is of lesser cost, you will be refunded the difference in cost.

We only replace opened items if they are deemed defective or damaged by the manufacturer, by standards of the manufacturer, and only replace them with the same item, and only within the first 30 days after you have received the product. If we do not have the item in stock or no longer carry the defective item, we can replace it with a similar product of equal or lesser cost. In this case, if the item is of lesser cost, you will not be issued a refund for the difference.  If we do not have a similar product of equal or lesser cost, we can then, and only under these conditions, offer a refund for your open and defective product. For more details on manufacturer defects, see “what is defective?” below. If you have an item that is encountering a manufacturer defect after the 30 day period from when it was delivered, you will have to contact the product manufacturer for service.

If you need to exchange an item within this 30 day warranty period, send us an email at info@mystecig.com and we will email you a shipping label to return the product to us, at no additional cost to you.

What Is “Defective?”

While some may consider an item to be defective because it does not live up to their expectations, this does not fall under our definition of defective.

An item is deemed defective when it had a problem with functionality or physical condition before ever even being opened or when it begins to have an issue with functionality (not physical condition) during limited, regular use.
In the event that an item begins to experience problems with functionality during regular use, if the item reflects any physical damage or signs of consistent use at all (scratches, rash, paint worn, chips), we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on the product.

If you have any questions or are unsure as to whether an item will meet your needs, we heavily recommend that you first contact us via chat, email, or phone before purchasing said hardware to ensure that it will perform excellently for you. The last thing we want is for you to end up stuck with something that doesn’t do what you had hoped!

Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, or UPS. To return your product, contact us and we will email you a shipping label to return the product to us, at no additional cost to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to shipping carriers sometimes losing or misplacing your package.

Free Shipping, Returns, And Exchanges

In the case that your shipping was free with your purchase, we offer free shipping on returns and exchanges, as long as all other criteria for the return are met. Contact us in order to obtain a shipping label with which to ship the item being returned or exchanged back to us. Please be aware that when processing free returns or exchanges, the shipping method used may take up to a week, or possibly longer in the case of holidays, to get the item to us so we are able to process it for return or exchange in a timely manner.
